Present:

Our vision for Artistic Soul is to help people recognize and connect with artistic surroundings that express who they soulfully are. The store features jewelry, paintings, and home and fashion accessories.

Owner's bent: Rachel's great joy is painting which she often does on location while traveling. The spontaneity of pleine air painting incorporates the life, essence and very air of the place. Rachel has a studio in her home where some work is done in soulful solitude. and at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center: studio 240 where many of her local paintings are displayed. Her work will be on display at the Main Gallery there along with other artists from November 20th through January, 2011. She mainly employs the mediums of encaustics, oils, collage and mosaics. Rachel also exhibits at the PASTA(Professional Artists of St. Augustine) Gallery in St. Augustine, FL where she will be the featured artist in April, 2011.

Manager's expertise: Hari's gifts of organization and accounting along with a great sense of style bring the needful balance at Artistic Soul.

Future:

Rachel and Hari will continue to move the store forward and to advance the online presence. We will continue to travel the world; extracting artisanal finds for customers at Artistic Soul. Rachel will press forward with her work; branching into more 3D, jewelry design & portraiture.
